Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024Sri Venkateswara College was established in the year 1961 with an aim to provide quality education to the students of South India. However, the college soon grew on to become one of the most popular colleges in Delhi leaving its regional character behind. The college offers BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA and M.Sc courses. The college is affiliated to University of Delhi and is accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade.

Library
The college is equipped with a fully computerized library, functioning on the basis of an 'open access' system. It houses over one lakh twenty thousand book titles and subscribes to 75 journals/periodicals and twelve newspapers in four languages. The library also contains more than 200 educational CDs and about 20 sets of encyclopedia. Students are provided the facility of computers with high speed internet connectivity and access to e-journals.
