Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College, is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. It conducts courses in engineering at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. College mission is to work in the interest of linguistic minority groups in Vidarbha with special emphasis on such people in and around Nagpur who speak Hindi as their mother tongue.

Ranked after VNIT in Nagpur and 64th NIRF ranking

I just took an admission here in Civil first year. As we come across Nagpur, after VNIT the best college which comes to my mind is RCOEM, yes it is. And this year its NIRF ranking is 64, which is great for a college like this. From the past 5-6 years, the placement cell is too good. Among 80-90% get placed. And yes academics is too good as compared to other colleges.

The college has a very good campus nd the life of college is so different and amazing, the events which are held in our college is so good and the campus selection is also good. It is a 2nd rank college in Nagpur. A very good teaching staff. All teachers are very helpful.

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management Review

Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur is one of the leading colleges of central India. Its consistent result in competitive exams and placement record are testimony to this fact. Being a B. E. Degree, much focus is on theory with balance of practical knowledge. The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable in their subjects. Although 60% weightage is given to end semester exams, the rest 40% is divided into mini projects, tests and assignments. College fest, events and clubs also help to develop an overall personality. Programs like entrepreneurship incubation and mentorship from alumni helps students achieve their desired goals. Being autonomous, courses are regularly evaluated by a committee constituted by college and students to regularly update course. Choice based credit system has also made learning effective and flexible.

Good choice for engineering aspirants

The college is very popular for engineering courses in Nagpur city. This is because the college focuses equally on academics, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities. College has separate hostels for boys and girls. The college is situated near Ramdeo Tekdi, a famous and sacred temple of Shri Ramdeobaba. The campus is decent, although not big or sprawling, but big enough to nurture you to the best. Our alumni are presently working with some of the popular organizations all over the world. I recommend this college to you.
