The college comes under the aegis of Mahavir Education Trust which was commenced in the year 1983 with an objective of promoting technical education. The college made niche for itself by imparting innovative pedagogy which helps students immensely in chasing their dreams. The vision of the college is to bring out innovation in Technical and Management education through e-learning and teaching techniques.

Placement
Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College (Department of Management Studies) has an agile placement team which is managed by Prof. V.C.Kotak. The placement team works very efficiently and trained its students for the placement through various activities such as national and international case studies, journal reviews, role plays etc. Students get huge exposure from real world through various guest lecturers, expert visit from the industry. The mission of the placement cell is to provide strong training and placement opportunities for students in entrepreneurship development and industry job selection through campus interviews.

Classroom
Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College (Department of Management Studies) provides smart interactive classrooms for its ambitious students. The classrooms of the college are designed to create an ambience of learning through interaction of students and facilitators together. The Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and are equipped with all modern audio-visual instruments like projectors, whiteboards, Wi-Fi connectivity and Public Addressing Systems.
Laboratory
Presently we have 7 (seven) computer laboratories and an Internet Centre out of which 3 are IBM Laboratories, 2 are HP/COMPAQ laboratories with the latest Computers and Servers while the other laboratories are having older versions of computers again from the MNC companies like HP and the same are being upgraded to the latest Intel Pentium P-4s branded computers.
Library
A Library is a place where history comes to life. The college has a very good, spacious, well ventilated and well kit out library with a huge reading hall, and a large collection of books related to the curriculum and a few books related to self improvement and personality development, The library subscribes to a number of national and international journals devoted to technical subjects to help students to keep themselves abreast with the latest developments.
