School of Languages and Literature, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University was established in 2000 with the aims of promoting language, literature and culture and also the study of its history. It also aims to provide the students of this region opportunities to accept and face challenges in personal and public life. An attempt is made to enhance their literary sensibilities and insights through interdisciplinary modes and methods inherent in the very concept of school. The school offers courses Master of Arts in English and Master of Arts in Marathi.
