R.R.D.S. Government College is a part of Andhra University. This college lias been named after Raja Ram Mohan Roy as Raja Ram Mohan Roy Dwisalha Jayanthi College commemorating bicentenary birth celebrations of the social reformer. In the year of the inception of the college there was only R.C'om course Inn in the subsequent year. B.A course was also introduced. Since then the college has been going from strength to strength serving the cause of education.
