Reva Institute of Technology and Management(RITM)’s training and placement department is the chief trainer for the students to obtain placement and maintain their relationship with industry. The vision of the institute is to be the preferred choice of top companies in India for campus recruitment by consistently enhancing and harnessing the competencies of students, matching to the dynamic needs of corporate world and create value for all the stakeholders.  The training department consistently meets with recruiters and understand their expectation from future employers.  

RITM is situated in the silicon valley of India Bangalore, besides the road to international airport at Devanahalli, Reva. Institute has a fully stretched 35 acres campus.

Classroom

Spacious and well-ventilated classrooms with modern teaching and training aids are created for providing a congenial atmosphere for learning. They are set up with multimedia aids to conduct interactive sessions. Facilities are in place for conducting on-line classes and tests. Parents are going to be networked to the campus for monitoring the academic progress and performance of their wards.

Laboratory

An incubation center for evolving innovative and novel solutions through adaptation of modern software tools and techniques. This center would be actively involved in industry driven projects and architecture and produce software modules through the combined expertise involving faculty and students. This opportunity would enable students to understand and appreciate the core competence required for development of various domain expertise for direct placement in IT and ITES sectors.

Library

RITM has bountiful collections of books; journals, browsing centre etc are few of the many feathers on the reva cap. Audio visual centre with a capacity of 250 is always buzzing with activities. Various educational CD's have been procured in the library for the benefit of the staff and the students.
