Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information technology and Biotechnology, Pune (RGITBT) received its affiliation with Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University from UGC, New Delhi. All courses offered in RGITBT are knowledge and job oriented based on semester system of evaluation. The institute takes pride in having its faculty and student intake without consideration to caste, color, gender and religion. About 5% students are foreigners.

The institute infrastructure is well furnished with all modern facilities.

Classroom

The classrooms are furnished with wooden tables and chairs and provided with LCD projectors for power point presentation to enhance the quality of delivery and ease of understanding. The central air-conditioned auditorium facility with a projector and seating arrangement for 140 individuals is available for seminars, common meetings etc.

Library

Library gives open access to the students and has a large collection of books related to subjects taught in different courses. Also, library has national journals for reference and details on current research topics going on. Internet facilities are made available to students to access on-line journals. Review for RGITB, Pune, Maharashtra

One of the best biotechnology colleges in India with the best infrastructure and very well equipped labs. Professors of this college are really good there are separate departments for each branch like microbiology plant, biotech, animal tissue culture, environmental biotech and biochemistry, etc. The most important thing is that the college ranks on 30th in all-India rankings.

This college is the best college to aspire for your dreams and goals. Teachers are very helpful and friendly. The environment of the college gives positive vibes. Theory as well as practicals are conducted properly with proper guidance. The environment is very studious and specially the library provides a peaceful atmosphere and it is the ideal place to study with proper arrangement of books by well known authors. It is one of the the best colleges to study biotechnology.

Excellent college for Biotechnology

Amazing surrounding. Lack of public transport is the main drawback of the college. Labs are well equipped. Hostels are well furnished with proper sanitation, 24/7 WiFi facility. Tight security. Classrooms are great. Students are friendly and supportive. No ragging. Extracurricular activities are encouraged. Placements are provided to the students, but they can be improved. Faculties are interactive and innovative. They are helpful and approachable. They are always available for all the students. The level of education is top notch.

Amazing surrounding. Refreshing environment. Beautiful campus. Good transport facility. The college offers various courses to the students. Labs are well equipped. Hostels are well furnished.
