P.C. Jabin Science College is the first single faculty Science College started in 1957 to impart need based and moral education to the students of North Karnataka. College mission is to build an environment of instructional excellence to meet the needs of present and emerging scientific and technological world and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and developmental needs of the society.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Should have cleared PUC in Science/Commerce with atleast 35% marks from a recognized university. -
Masters of Computer Science - B.Sc. degree with Mathematics/Statistics at 10+2 level, B.Com, with PGDCA, BCA, B.E., B.Tech. -
Masters of Science (M.Sc.) - Should have passed B.Sc with Botany / Zoology / Applied Genetics / Biotechnology or equivalent from a recognized university. -
Master of Philosophy - -

Placement

The institute has a well established career guidance and placement cell which provides excellent training to the students for a better career ahead.

Infrastructures

The College infrastructure is well equipped with all kinds modern facilities like a well stocked library, separate hostel for both boys and girls, seminar hall, language lab,sports complex, multi gym and gymkhana.

Classroom

All the classrooms of the department are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

Language Lab with 25+1 computers provides Language Learning Exercises. It also consists of more than 15 softwares for language learning.

Library

The Library was established along with the establishment of the college.In the beginning the library was housed in a small room with a collection of 780 books. It was later shifted to bigger hall on second floor of the building in 1964. The new independent spacious building was constructed at the cost of Rs.7,17,125.21 lakhs in the year 1990, out of which UGC Contribution is 1,40,000/- and K.L.E. P.C JABIN SCIENCE COLLEGE REVIEW

One of the best colleges in North Karnataka. Ranked 4th in state and 89 at national level. Provides all the facilities required by the students. It has a good infrastructure, teaching methodology, career guidance/placement cell and women empowerment cell. Hostels needs to be improved. Academic facilities are good. National/international fests, seminars etc are conducted. Placements are good. Teachers are helpful and interactive. They are well qualified.

The college is really good with well teaching faculty. The college in ranked 89th all over India. It is ranked 4th in Karnataka state. The college campus is very huge with more number of facilities. The labs of all the departments are well equipped. The syllabus is advanced which helps in today's reality. Overall it is one of the best college for a science student to pursue.

P.C.Jabin is one of the best autonomous colleges in India since it provides quality education both in terms of industry and research.Students undergo rigorous training through the curriculum which enable them to tackle many challenges within industry.This in fact is similar to engineering courses.The college has well equipped laboratories, reading rooms and conventional library that has more than 70000 books.In addition there is also a digital library which provides access to many journal,e-Books.
