Indo-German Training Centre is affiliated to Indian Institue of Management. The college offers post-graduate course in the field of Management. The training wing of the IGTC conducts training and development programs in business administration to nurture existing and future managerial talent for the IGCC member companies.

Placement

The final placement process is always initiated by the training company being given the first preference to recruit their respective trainees. The company assesses overall work performance of the trainee/s through the three stints of practical training, their career interests and job profiles available within the organization to find a suitable employment opportunity. In many cases, this proves to be a win-win for both, as the company gets a hands-on employee already well-oriented to the organization, while the trainees get a dream job.  Students who do not find the right fit with their training companies are assisted with placements among other German and IGCC member companies.

The dual system is a winning combination

Situated in one of the most iconic places of India - Church gate, pretty much everything is taken care of. It's a non boarding institute though. Crowd is diversified and typically very young and energetic. Even though the campus donor offer you many extra curricular but we are counted as management trainees. Nobody's stoping you from organising and implementing anything. After all you are going to be a manager why not start here. Right from football matches to treks to corporate parties, everything's on the list. Faculties are chosen from the ones teaching at various premier B schools, so one gets the best of many. The Bonus is the guest lecturers.

Skill improvement and defining yourself

The college teaches us to train ourselves. The campus surroundings and the faculty is very good. All the thing required to improve a student's style and skills as an engineer is available here. The classrooms are good and high quality lab instruments are provided. The food quality is also good. The college organizes tech fest and it gets a good response. The college provides placements. The faculty is highly qualified, have a friendly approach and always ready to solve any problem.

It is not an experience, it is an experiment

Unique is one word I can tell about this course. You learn entire general MBA in a year which is intensive but exceptional faculties make it a journey to remember. Two terms of internships in excellent German MNCs is icing on the cake which gives excellent industry exposure. Worth every penny but a limited salary bracket in placements.
