The Indian Institute of Material Management (IIMM) was established in th year 1975 as the apex body Materials Managenement Professionals. It aims to provide students with an excellent quality of education that kindles creativity, encourages innovation, and installs strong ethical practices enabling them to develop as leaders and to compete successfully in the global business arena.The Indian Institute of Materials Management is affiliated to the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. The college offers Management course. The Institute conducts several educational courses, interalia, DRSCM. These educational activities are controlled by the Board of Studies. IIMM Cochin produced the first three rank holders at National Level for GDMM in the past two years and was adjudged the Best Branch in Education and won the best faculty awards in successive years.
