  • A recognized bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years’ duration in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks is required (45% for candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories).

  • IIFT will consider CAT scores along with other specified parameters for shortlisting and selecting candidates.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the second round of the admission process, which includes Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

MBA in Business Analytics β‚Ή17.87 Lakh
  • A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or a minimum CGPA of 5.0 on a 10-point scale. Additionally, Mathematics or Statistics should be one of the subjects studied at the undergraduate level.

  • For shortlisting and selecting candidates, IIFT will consider CAT scores along with other specified parameters.

MA (Economics) - With Specialization in Trade and Finance β‚Ή3.75 Lakh
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required [45% for candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories], along with Mathematics studied at the higher secondary level or above.

  • There is no upper age limit.

  • The entrance exam (Objective Aptitude Test) will be conducted through AI-based proctoring, while interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held in physical mode at the Kolkata campus.

Infrastructures

Laboratory

The campus is home to three state-of-the-art Computer Centres, equipped with approximately 300 workstations that support applications such as SPSS, Hadoop, SAS, Oracle, Visual Basic, and Java, providing students with practical experience using industry-standard tools. Moreover, the specialized Data Analytics Lab (DAL) includes 40 machines designed specifically for advanced courses, simulations, and data-centric learning.

Library

The IIFT Foreign Trade Library serves as the academic core of the campus, a hub of knowledge tailored for students, researchers, and aspiring global leaders. Boasting an extensive collection of over 107,600 resources, which includes more than 79,700 books and CD volumes, 17,800 bound periodicals, and access to over 12,000 international scholarly journals, along with 350+ Indian titles, it stands out as one of the largest libraries in the developing world.
