The institute was established in the years 1994 by The Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society, Sonepat. . The Sonepat Hindu Educational & Charitable Society, is a non-profiteering organisation headed by Shri Gian Prakash Ji, former Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
