Birla College of Arts Science & Commerce, Kalyan : Fees, Admission Procedure 2025, Entrance Exam Accepted & Placements

The student should have passed the Standard XII Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai or an examination recognised as equivalent with subjects as may be specified by the University in Arts, Science and Commerce.

Students passing an examination other than H.S.C. of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai, migrating from other states will be admitted subject to the availability of seats, only on production of a 'Provisional Eligibility Certificate' issued by the University of Mumbai.

A Candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) Degree Course shall have passed XII std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secure not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved category) at one and the same sitting.

Every Candidate shall have to register himself/herself with the University.

XIIth (H.S.C) Examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects and secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate at first attempt for open category Candidate and not less than 45% marks in aggregate at first attempts for reserved category Candidates.

Candidate for being for admission to the Degree Course in Management Studies shall have passed XII Std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent at one and the same sitting or Diploma in any Engineering branch conducted by Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State with 2/3/4 years duration after passing the S.S.C. Examination or any examination recognized as equivalent and should have secured not less than 45% marks in case of students belonging to Open Category and not less than 40% marks incase of students belonging to Reserved Category.

A Candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce ( Banking & Insurance ) Degree Course shall have passed XII std. Examination of the Maharashtra Board Of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secure not less then 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved category) at one and the same sitting.

Every Candidate shall have to register himself/herself with the University.

Candidate passed H.S.C (Science Stream) with Mathematics as one of the subjects and securing not less than 45% (open category) or not less than 40% (for reserved category) in the aggregate at first attempt.

Candidate who have passed Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology/Electrical, Electronics and Video Engineering and Allied branches/ Mechanical and Allied braches. Civil and allied branches of Engineering after S.S.C. (Xth standard) are eligible for direct admission to the second year of B.Sc. (I.T.) degree course. However the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Techincal Education of any recognized Government body. Minimum marks required 45% aggregate for open category Candidate and 40% aggregate for Reserved Candidates.

XII Std. Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from the Arts, Science or Commerce Stream.

XIIth (H.S.C) Examination with mathematics as one of the subjects.

Candidate being eligible for asmission to this course shall have passed B.A. (in respective subjects) from University of Mumbai or any other recognized University.

Candidate being eligible for admission to this course shall have passed B.Com from University of Mumbai or any other recognized University securing at least 45% marks at first attempt.

A Candidate for being eligible for admission to M.Sc. must have passed:- a) The B.Sc (three year integrated course) degree Examination of this university with at least seven units (i.e. the minimum required for majoring in a subject) in that subject which he wants to offer for the M.Sc. degree course.
