Bhandarkars’ Arts and Science College, Mangalore university, The new Sri Venkatraya Bhandary Memorial Library housed in Smt.Usha Shantaram Memorial Building was inaugurated on 25th February 2004. Total area of the library building is 25000 square feet,and The library is open between 8.30 a.m. and 6.00 p. m. on all working days except Saturdays. It is open between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays.
