Had a modest beginning in the year 2001-02 with two staff coordinators. Our steps were small indeed, to cover a long path of directing and guiding students to successful careers.

To facilitate students to find a suitable career and to evolve a right attitude in a competitive environment. 

To enhance the employability potential of young students by giving them exposure to Contemporary Selection and Placement Process. 

The enrolment every year is open to the students in final year Under-Graduate and Post Graduate Courses.

Note: Companies like WIPRO, ACCENTURE, OFFICE-TIGER, i-GATE, INFOSYS etc., in the IT Sector, BACK-OFFICES of Banking Companies like SCOPE INTERNATIONAL, CITI-BANK , Back-Offices of MANUFACTURING Companies like FORD, ITC-PARK SHEARATON in the Hospitality Sector, FITNESS-ONE and TALWALKARS in the HEALTH SECTOR, ICICI and BAJAJ ALLIANCE in the Insurance Sector were among a few that have visited our Campus. 

1. A Job-fair for Women was organized on 24/02/2007. Around 900 students participated and 300 were shortlisted for various openings. 
2. An Aptitude-Assessment test by TECHRUIT was conducted for the final year UG/PG students on 22/07/2009. 
3. Placement Officers’ Meet organized by WIPRO Ltd was attended in 2008-09 by the Coordinators and they visited WIPRO BPO - Chennai, FORD India.

To encourage companies from various sectors like Insurance, Pharma, Manufacturing, Banking etc besides BPOs and IT Companies to conduct In-campus/Off-Campus Placements.
