Anand Institute of Higher Technology (AIHT) has fully-fledged placement cell, which is managed by the Director-Training and Placement who has 33+ experiences in Research & Industry from Department of Atomic Energy, supported by Assistant Placement Officer, Staff Placement Coordinators and Students-Placement Coordinators from various departments of the college. AIHT Placement cell of the college is fulfilling the needs of the firms by inviting them for the campus recruitment, Career guidance for students, special training from the industry experts etc. College provides placement to the Pre-final and Final year students of BE/BTech/ME /MBA & MCA.  The placement cell of the college imparts world class infrastructure amenities for the placement activities such as smart lecture halls, Pre-placement Presentations, and hospitality for visiting corporate personnel.

The campus of the college is well designed surrounded by the lush green, trees, flowers which creates a scenic atmosphere for the learning. Library

The nerve centre of any educational institution is its library, hence AIHT imparts well stocked library with more than 32,922 volumes of choice books in various engineering subjects, management, basic sciences and general. The library subscribes to more than 200 periodicals in print. AIHT library imparts services like Lending service, Reference service, Inter Library Loan, Internet Browsing, Current Awareness Service (CAS), and Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI) Service.
