The All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society (AISSMS) was established by Late H H Shrimant Shri Shahu Chhatrapati Maharaj of Kolhapur to promote the noble cause of education.
It is affiliated to the University of Pune. It conducts AICTE approved courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in eight engineering streams and Master of Engineering (ME) in Seven engineering streams.

The central Computing facility of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering support to the Educational and Research programmes of Institutes by providing intellectual access to information. The AISSMS College of Engineering Library has acquired a good collection of books and journals in the area of various engineering disciplines.
The Library has approximately 24393 volumes of books and 91 Print journals as wel as 612 online journals . Books are classified according to Dewey Decimal classification scheme. Library is using SLIM 21 software for issue/ return purpose. Web OPAC facility is also available in Library.
