Training and Placement Department of the college has become strategic role player than just a mere functional department by playing a more proactive role in to meet the challenges of external environment dynamics due to policy changes and job market scenario. The T & P department of AEI is a team of experienced & hard-core professionals. We continuously strive to help students in pursuing their career goals via regular interaction with corporate professionals through Seminars and Workshops. We have also tied up with various employ ability platforms to provide maximum placement opportunities. We believe that entrepreneurship is the key that can unlock India’s latent inventive potential, for this an entrepreneurship cell has been established under National Level Entrepreneurship Development Organizations to encourage self- employment model. The T&P Department has close interaction with students for their assessment, evaluation and development to enable them to meet the challenges of recruitment process. For this the T & P department also arranges and facilitate industry endorsed test like AMCAT, NACTECH, MERRITRAC which are recognized by a major segment of industries and companies. Industrial training plays a significant role in continuous up gradation of the skill-set of the students to keep them abreast of the latest developments and requirements of the corporate house. T&P department facilitates 6 months compulsory industrial trainings in reputed corporate for the students and arranges for their suitable placements in big and medium sector enterprises .It also provides guidance & support to the students for their Summer Training and Projects. The T&P Department endeavours to provide the students a platform to showcase their academic abilities and technical skills to a wide range of industries and companies so that they may get a suitable jobs. Apart from the training the main objective of T& P department is to arrange On Campus/Off Campus recruitment Drives to the Passed and Passing out students. Our previous years students were placed with reputed companies like Grapecity, Agilent, Roop Auto, SubexWorld , Hyundai Motors India Ltd , Cognizant , CSC , Syntel , Nokia-Siemens Network , R systems, Wipro, HCl Technologies , Aricent , NIIT Vinove , Aricent Technologies etc.

The infrastructure of the AEI college is well quipped and well built for the convenience of the students. The campus life of the students pivots around hostels, library, sports and much more.

Classroom

The Teaching-Learning pedagogy used in the classrooms is IT enabled and most classrooms are fitted with LCD projectors, OHPs, and sound systems.

Laboratory

Institute has got laboratories of physics, chemistry, language lab for English, pharmacology laboratory, pharmaceutics laboratory, networking lab, CAD/CAM lab, linux lab, programming lab, automobile lab, etc.

Library

There are over 31900 volumes with 3915 titles covering Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering subjects. A large number of these titles also relate to Humanities, Management, Chemistry and Physics etc.
