The institute has built an extensive network with the industry and a large Placement Division to assist students with their traineeship and final placements. AIT sponsors eligible students to participate in job fairs organized by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of NCT, Delhi.

Students are also given book bank facility in which one book of each subject is for a whole semester. This helps in having regular availability of books for studentperusal.
