The training & placement (T&P) cell handles the campus placement for the students. The placement cell of the Adamas Institute of Technology (AIT) provides world class infrastructure amenities for the recruitment process such as arrangements for the Group discussions, mock interviews, written test pre-placement talks etc. The T&P cell develops learner soft skills and makes them competent in communicating with peers and superiors. The soft skill training is provided by the brilliant teachers. College trained it’s from I year onwards. Special courses are conducted by the training experts in General Aptitude, Technical Aptitude, Group Discussion, Quantitative, Reasoning, etc.
