Adaikalamatha Institute of Management (AIM) established in the year 1994 is consistently ranked among the top B-Schools in India and offers two-year, full-time Postgraduate Program in MBA (Mastes of Business Administration) approved by AICTE , and affiliated to Bharathidasan University. It aims to provide students with an excellent quality of education that kindles creativity, encourages innovation, and instills strong ethical practices enabling them to develop as leaders and to compete successfully in the global business arena. AIM believes that management education should have a good blend of academic rigor & practical utility and the management graduates should be well-rounded with right knowledge, right skills and right attitudes. It is also committed to achieve excellence in teaching and research by focusing on the necessary infrastructure like, library, computers etc. and pedagogical tools like, learning frameworks, e-learning kits, databases etc.

Placement
AIM has a placement cell which is headed by a full time Placement & Training Officer with adequate academic and industrial experience. One faculty co-coordinator and two student representatives from the final MBA students assist the Placement & Training Officer.The Institute has got excellent facilities for conducting Campus Recruitments. Some of the companies where AIM students are placed includes TATA Motors, Eureka Forbes, Cap Gemini etc.

The institute infrastructure is well furnished with all modern facilities.
Classroom
The Adaikalamatha Institute of Teacher Education under the Adaikalamatha Educational Health and Charitable Trust has adequate infrastructure to run the course successfully and competenty. The Trust has a total area of 7.19 acres wherein Institute buildings are cropping up.
Laboratory
It has the required number of Laboratories equipped with quality instruments and components. It has laudable instructional facilities with usable teaching aids. It has science Laboratory, Psychological lab, Education lab etc. The laboratories are fully equipped with essential needs. Musical Instruments to an adequate Software and Computer training.
Library
The Library is well staked with Text Books, useful standard books, advanced Books on Teacher Education and prescribed books besides books on all areas for general reading. The Library is hoisted in an airy and well ventilated Hall and equipped with a total number of more than 3300 books.
