Youngistaan 2013-14: Youth Festival at Jai Narayan Vyas University

Youngistaan is a National Youth Festival, will be organised in Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur during December 20-22, 2013 by the Student Union President Mr. Mahendra Jhakar.

This is a fest where students from various universities and colleges across India will come to celebrate the spirit of being the next generation nation builders.

Jai Narayan Vyas University welcomes all to join the fest. The fest promises to leave you mesmerised by the amazing display of talent by the youth.

Jai Narain Vyas University, also known as University of Jodhpur is situated in Jodhpur city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Established in 1962 it took over the four colleges of Jodhpur run by the state government. Accredited with "B" grade by the NAAC, this is the only residential university in the state of Rajasthan.

The Jai Narain Vyas University has five Academic Campuses spread over an area of nearly 765 acres. Jai Narain Vyas University provides the education and research facilities not only to the residents of the region but also to the wards of defence and paramilitary forces and other organizations as the region is situated along the border of Pakistan.

Jai Naran Vyas University offers courses in Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, Commerce & Business Management, Information Technology and Foreign Languages. The university runs Ph. D, under graduate, Diploma, certificate courses in almost all faculties. There are over around 40 Post-graduate programs, 30 under graduate programs, 10 post-graduate diploma programs and 5 diploma and certificate courses run by the university.
