Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur has published the list of shortlisted students for their PGDBM, PGDHRM, Global MBA and GMP (General Management Programme) programmes for 2015-17 batch on their official website.
Candidates who attended the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) following XAT 2015 entrance exam can check their names on the website of XLRI Jamshedpur.
The final list has been prepared basis different weightage given to different components like XAT 2015 score - 65%, GK - 5%, Academic record - 5%, Work Experience - 5%, Essay - 5% and Personal interview - 15%.

About XAT:
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a national level MBA entrance exam conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur. XAT 2015 scores will be used by XLRI Jamshedpur and other Xavier Associate Management Institutes and over 120 B-schools across the country for admission. For more than 60 years XLRI has been conducting the test at an all India level to select the most dynamic candidates for management education.
XAT 2015 had 103 questions in total to be solved in 160 minutes with additional 20 minutes for essay writing test. The MCQ test was divided in four sections namely; A-Verbal and Logical Ability; B- Decision Making; C-Quantitative Aptitude and data Interpretation; and D- General Awareness.
Another section consisted of essay writing. The first three sections had 83 questions and section D of General Awareness with 30 questions was of qualifying nature and would not count for percentile calculation. Second part of essay writing had to be completed in 20 minutes.
XAT 2015 was conducted on January 4, and the results were disclosed on January 31.
