Have you been planning to do an Executive programme? Good news! XLRI Jamshedpur is offering admission to its Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) programme for the academic session beginning 2015.
The programme aims to provide candidates the opportunity to earn their Executive Diploma in HRM, while working. Those with jobs can take this up without interrupting career.
Candidates who fit the eligibility criteria can register for the course before October 31, 2014.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of three years full time study) from a recognized university in any discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of post-degree full time work experience in managerial positions

About EDHRM
The programme aims to provide the participants an opportunity to earn a professional qualification in HR. It provides the students an in-depth understanding of various concepts in HR. Candidates also get to learn about the latest developments and best practices in this field. The course prepares candidates to head the HR function in the operating divisions. The total duration of the programme is 16 months.
