Training session at Banaras Hindu University in February 2014

A training session for the students will be organized by Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. from February 2014.

The Tata Consultancy Services intends to reach out to the unemployed graduates, BA, B. Sc, B.Com, MA, M. Com, M. Sc (MBA, MCA, B. Tech are not considered for recruitment) to make them employable by imparting training free of cost and then consider them for employment in the organization, subject to their complying with the company’s standard norms.

Keep this in mind, a specialized course module has been designed to develop a person’s communication skill, numerical and analytical ability, it enables one to face interviews confidently. Grooming and etiquette sessions familiarise a candidate with corporate environment.

The tentatively scheduled date of Training Programme is between February 3 and 13, 2014 and will be organized at Banaras Hindu University.

The trainees who are regular in attendance will be eligible for a participation certificate from TCS which will increase their employability in the corporate world. Post training there will be an exit test. Those who qualify will be taken through interview rounds. Successful candidates will be absorbed finally in TCS.
