Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management’s School of Real Estate to host a panel discussion on 'Is the Real Estate Boom Over?'

Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management’s School of Real Estate will be conducting convocation for the students followed by a panel discussion on "Is the Real Estate Boom Over?" The event will be held on 28th April, 2015 at 6.00 pm at the TSCFM premises in Bandra. Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Chairman & Founder, Lodha Group will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Real estate industry has been at an interesting crossroads. While on one hand, we hear about the spiraling prices of residential and commercial real estate; on the other hand, new property developments lying unsold is also a reality. As the result, the common man grapples with the decision to buy today or wait for a crash in prices?
