'Summer School’ a workshop at University of Delhi, South Campus

The Department of Bioinformatics under University of Delhi South Campus had organised a workshop ‘Summer School’ worship between May 28 and June 8, 2012. The aim of this workshop was to introduce the basic concepts of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology to the under-graduate students of University of Delhi and Strengthen their research orientation in this highly inter- disciplinary and rapidly growing field. There were two sessions; there were lectures and theory in first session while the second was a practical and problem solving session.

Eligibility Criteria

Students who were pursuing graduation in any discipline of Life Sciences at DU Colleges and were in second year were eligible. Seats were limited to 20 students from all DU colleges.
