St.Stephen's College, Delhi University Begin with their Online Admission Process

St. Stephen's College admission process for 2012 began on 21st May 10.00 a.m. with the opening of Online Applications.

Printed application forms can be purchased from 4th of June 2012 onwards from the College Admissions Office on all weekdays from 10.00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The counters shall be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Last date for submitting the Forms is 18th June 4.00 p.m.

St. Stephen’s College, given its commitment to environmental conservation, wishes to encourage applicants to apply online so as to minimize the use of paper. To incentivize this, the online application is priced at Rs. 50 per course. Payments for the online option can be made through debit/credit cards as well as by cash at any of the approx.14000 branches of the State Bank of India nation-wide.

Printed Forms are priced at Rs.250. The College shall offer Printed Application Forms to Physically Handicapped (PH) applicants free of cost. To avail this, candidates have to produce disability certificates from a competent authority at the time of purchase.

Counseling on admission procedures will be handled by faculty members on all weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. from 4th June to 18th June.

Interviews will begin on 25th June, 2012. Accommodation facility, to a limited extent, will be available to outstation candidates and their parents/guardians during the duration of the interview.

A students' class 12 scores account for 85% of the marks granted for admission, while the rest 15 per cent depends upon the interview.

St Stephen's College is the only institution under the Delhi University to hold interviews as part of its selection procedure.
