Scholarship for SC/ST candidates by Babu Bansari Das University

Babu Bansari Das University (BBDU) invites applications for scholarship to SC/ST candidates.

University says that SC/SC candidates whose annual family income doesn’t exceed Rs. 2 lakh are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
University offers this scholarship to them so that their studies should not suffer due to poor economic conditions. In this scheme students will be given certain amount of scholarship pivoted for their studies which will cover entire fees and charges for whatever required.
Eligible candidates are requested to download the scholarship form from www.bbdu.org , www.bbdnitm.ac.in , www.nieclko.ac.in , www.bbdesgi.ac.in , www.updere.ac.in , www.bbdgei.ac.in

Students are requested to attach required documents along with the application form otherwise their form will b e rejected.

Important documents need to be attached with the application form of BBDU

• Photo affixed on the application form should be signed by the student.

• Latest Original Income Certificate issued by Competent Authority along with copy of Internet Income Certificate generated from Website of U.P Govt.

• Latest Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority along with copy of Internet Caste Certificate generated from Website of U.P Govt.

• Latest Domicile Certificate for Residential Proof issued by Competent Authority along with copy of Internet Domicile Certificate generated from Website of U.P Govt.

• Photo copy of Pass-out Mark Sheet of Class X, XII and B. Tech or any other Course – 1st Year/ 2nd Year/ 3rd Year.

• Declaration that the annual income of his/her Parents/Guardian does not exceed the prescribed limit and he/she has been admitted in this institution without paying any Tuition Fee for the Academic Year 2013-14, and the details mentioned in the Certificate attached with the application form are true and correct. If any error/mistake is found therein he/she shall be responsible for it.

• If the student is a hosteller then the copy of the receipt of Hostel Fee is required to be attached.

• Photo copy of Bank Passbook of Punjab National Bank, B.B.D.E.S. Campus Branch, Faizabad Road, Lucknow showing Savings Fund Bank Account Number of the student

• Notarized affidavit if there is a gap in between two classes.

• An agreement on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of `100 required to be submitted by the student that the student shall return the amount of Tuition Fee reimbursement received through his or her Bank Account, to the institution within 15 days of its receipt.

• A Debit Authority Letter duly singed by the student, authorizing the Bank in which he/she is having his/her Savings Bank Account (as mentioned in point No.-9) to debit the amount of Tuition Fee reimbursement provided by the Samaj Kalyan, Department U.P. Government under SC/ST Post-Matric Fee Reimbursement scheme and remit the said amount to the Institution’s Bank Account maintained at the above Branch of Punjab National Bank.

• An affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.10/- by the Parents/Guardian that the income shown in the Income Certificate is from all the sources and there is no other source of income. If the income shown is found incorrect in any enquiry, the signatory of the affidavit shall be responsible for the same.

• An Affidavit by the student on Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs. 10/- (Annexure “Gha-1”) giving his full particulars and mentioning that he/she is giving a separate Affidavit for gap period, if any, and also mentioning that he/she is not getting any scholarship from any other source.

• Photo copy of allotment letter issued by GBTU for admission in the Institute/University.
