Retail Club Activity at Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, Delhi

Retail Club of Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini organized an activity titled “I am smarter than my interviewer” for PGDM (RMM), batch (2011-13) and (2012-2014) students on Saturday 20th October, 2012 at its campus.

Different interview panels were set up and consisted of PGDM (RMM) 2nd year students by the Retail Club in this activity. Companies like Titan Industries, Grasim Industries, Canon, Naukri.com and Tommy Hilfiger were represented by the panel that day. The panels then conducted interview for first year students for their respective companies. Both the interviewee and interviewer during the exercise tried to outsmart each other on their knowledge of the company and the corresponding business environment. The interview panel then rated each interviewee on different parameters and gave them feedback on the performance.
