The Common Law Admission Test, CLAT-2014 is scheduled to be held on May 11, 2014. A joint decision has been taken to conduct the counselling online from the upcoming session. CLAT will be conducted by Gujarat National University, Gandhinagar(GNLU) for the year 2014.
The meeting, in which GNLU, along with other 14 NLUs CLAT participated discussed issues such as eligibility, application form notification, test centres and important dates. The examination question pattern was also discussed.
The new pattern of centralised online counselling is formulated to help students to clarify their doubts and provide answers to the most frequently asked questions, and hence make the entire admission process efficient.
Approximately 31,000 students appeared in CLAT-2013 for about 1,600 seats available in various national law universities. GNLU expects more than 35,000 students to apply for the test this time.
