Notification for the Part Time PhD programme by UPES

University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand has released the notification for December, 03, 2015 examination for PhD programmes.

The PhD programmes covers examination of Engineering, Science, Management and legal studies streams.

Commencement & Ending Dates of the examination

Students who wish to appear in the December 2015 examination need to register online. Register link is open from October 10, 2015 to November 10, 2015.

Other important details of the part time PhD programme-2015

• All dues should be cleared by 15th November 2015.
• Hall Ticket link will be enabled on website.
• All the pre PhD course work examinations will be conducted online barring a few subjects that cannot be conducted in online mode. Information regarding the same shall be communicated through mail to affected scholars.
• The students can take the examination from any convenient location, on their laptop/computer, internet connectivity and fitted with a working webcam.
• These Examinations would happen as per the schedule published on the UPES Website www.upes.ac.in.
• Registered scholars will get the pre-PhD course work examination Invitation link on the same E-mail IDs registered during online registration after a week of last date of registration.

In order to ensure that all the scholars, have their systems properly configured, with all the software/hardware requirements

• To take the On Line Examinations, the examinees must have a Laptop/Desktop with a fitted webcam.
• The University ID card / A Valid Photo ID proof issued by the Government should be kept handy, while appearing in any online examination.
