Notice regarding 1st seasonal test at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology

Exams are round the corner at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology. College is all set to conduct its 1st seasonal test of 2013. Exam has started from September 16 and will be continuing till September 18, 2013.

In every college or University students attendance plays an important role and while it is in terms of exam, it is considered with great importance. College sets a slab of attendance which student needs to fulfil. Otherwise he/she will not be permitted to sit in the exam.

RKJIT is no exception. According to the college norms students with 75% attendance are allowed to give the exams. While students having attendance between 60-75% as on September 12, 2013, are also be permitted.

Further, students who are stopped from 1st seasonal exams due to short attendance, will be given the chance to improve their attendance by attending extra classes, arranging on September 16, 17 and 18 at the departmental level.

It is cleared from the above notice that no student will be allowed to sit in the 2nd seasonal exam with attendance below 75%
