Eligibility Criteria for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

Civil Engineering:

Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Management Trainee via NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022 must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% aggregate from a recognised university.

Age Limit for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

The upper age limit for NBCC recruitment through GATE 2022 is 29 years.

Valid GATE Score for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

The score of the candidates in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022 will be a determining factor in the selection. The graduate engineers who are interested in taking up a career in NBCC need to appear for GATE 2022 in the relevant disciplines.

On the basis of the GATE score, candidates will then be qualified for the next selection rounds consisting of a group discussion and a personal interview to assess a candidates’ understanding of different facets, skills and attitude. Candidates have to first successfully pass the GATE 2022 examination and after that the GD and PI to make it to the selection. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of GATE score, GD and PI scores, and will as per each discipline.

Application Process for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

• Candidates can apply for the vacancies in NBCC on the basis of the registration number printed on the GATE 2022 Admit Card
• The candidates will have to pay the application fee before registering online. The SC, ST and PWD category candidates are exempted from paying the fees
• Candidates must upload a latest coloured photograph and their signature with the file size lesser than 500 KB and 200 KB respectively, in the JPG form
• Once the registration process is over, a unique ID registration number will be generated
• Candidates must take a printout of the registration slip for future reference

Application Fees for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

• For General category candidates: INR 1000 + Bank Charges
• For OBC: INR 1000 + Bank Charges
• For SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates: No Fee

Salary Structure for NBCC Recruitment through GATE 2022:

During the training/probation period, Management Trainees will be eligible for remuneration consisting of Basic Pay, DA (on IDA pattern) & HRA subject to place of posting. After the probation period of 1 year, successful candidates will be placed in the E1 level on the post of Sr. Project Executive (Civil) in the IDA pay scale of INR 16,400 - 40,500/-.

Surety Bond: Candidates must sign a surety bond of INR 1 lac that they will serve the company for a period of 3 years from their appointment as Management Trainee.
