National workshop on Genomics and Proteomics at MDU

Maharshi Dayanad University will conduct a national workshop on Genomics and Proteomics on March 3-5, 2014.

The workshop is organized by department of Biochemistry which will be open to all Post Graduate students, Research Scholars and Teaching faculties.

The aim of this workshop is to provide an exposure of few genomics and proteomics techniques to the researchers, which they can use in their future endeavours.

A screening committee will be set up to select the candidates on the basis of their interest, future prospects and suitability for the workshop.

Registration Fee:

• For students and research scholars: Rs. 500 (Rs 100/day for accommodation)

• Faculty/Scientists: Rs. 750, (Rs 200/day for accommodation)

Confirmed participants need to submit the registration fee in advance. The registration fee includes the Participation certificate, course material and local hospitality.

Everyone will be awarded with a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop.
