National Seminar on State, Development and Gender: A Human Rights Perspctive is being organised by Women Development Council (WDC) , Lakshimi Bai College ( University of Delhi).
The seminar will be held on 28--29th February, 2012.
The seminar is being sponsored by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
The Chief Guest of the Inaugural function is the Hon'ble Former Chief Justice of India, Justice KG BalaKrishnan (Chairman NHRC,India) .
