The National PG College, Lucknow started the admission process for the session 2022-18 from May 2, 2022. Entrance tests for selected courses were conducted from June 20 to 24, 2022. The sale of forms for the admission process began from May 2, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate courses:
- Pass in Intermediate or equivalent for B.A, B.A Hons
- Pass in Intermediate with Bio Stream for B.Sc Bio
- Pass in Intermediate with Math group for B.Sc Math
- Pass in Intermediate with Commerce for B.Com
- Pass in Intermediate with Equivalent degree for BBA
- For BCA, Intermediate with 50% marks, Mathematics as a compulsory subject
The admissions to the above undergraduate courses were made on the basis of the entrance examination.
About National PG College:
National Post Graduate College is an autonomous college of Lucknow University. It was established in the year 1974 by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, late Shri Chandra Bhanu Gupta. The College is situated on the bank of river Gomti. The college has lush green surroundings. The College offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in Arts and Commerce faculties and undergraduate courses in Science and Computer faculties. The various UG and PG courses offered by the college are Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Master of Arts (MA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (Regular, Hons), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Media Studies (BMS), PGDM(Post graduation diploma in retail management), Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC).
Placement Record:
The placement records of the college are excellent. Various well-known multinational companies have been visiting the campus for providing placements to the student’s right after graduation. The companies include IBM Daksh, HCL, Genpact, Wipro etc.
In the academic year, 007-08 170 students were placed successfully with a minimum package of 2,50,000 per annum.
