MMUCET 2012 for MBBS, BDS by Maharishi Markandeshwar University

The Maharishi Markandeshwar University will conduct the MMUCET 2012 (Maharishi Markandeshwar University Common Entrance Test 2012) on 17th June 2012 for admission to MBBS & BDS courses in the following institutes:

1. MM Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Mullana-Ambala (for MBBS)

2. MM College of Dental Sciences & Research, Mullana-Ambala (for BDS )

About the Courses (MBBS, BDS)

1. The MBBS course is of 4.5 years duration which is followed by 1 year of compulsory rotating internship.
2. The BDS course is of 5 years duration including 1 year compulsory rotatory internship.

About the Entrance Exam: MMUCET 2012

MMUCET 2012 (Maharishi Markandeshwar University Common Entrance Test 2012) will be conducted on 17th June 2012 ( 2 pm - 3.45 pm). The medium of the entrance test will be English.

MMUCET 2012 Pattern

The paper will include objective type questions (30 each from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology). There will be a total of 120 objective types questions. The paper shall carry a maximum of 360 marks. Only objective type questions will be included in MMUCET 2012.

For each correct response, the candidate will get full credit. Each incorrect response will be negatively marked and the candidate will get one-third discredit for it. For example, where one correct response/answer fetches the candidate 3 marks, then in the case of an incorrect/wrong answer the candidate will be awarded minus 1 mark.
