Massive Strike by the students of B. N College, Patna

All the students of B. N College, Patna were pissed off on the management. This because of not getting the adequate facility after paying the amount the BBA students were on strike for 2 days, started on December 5- 6, 2013.

The strike was the only way left for the students now. They had also intimated the college authority previously for these problems that they are facing, but the management just says that they will see, but there was no sort of action.

Cleanliness within the campus attracts everyone’s attention. Every College or University campus should be well managed and clean and management is only responsible for this. But this is somehow missing in the campus of B. N College. And this is one of the demands of the students. Apart from that industrial tour, seminars, computer labs are in the list which is no doubt essential for the students.

The problem of getting good facilities like computer lab, provision for industrial tour, and provision for placement were still on swing.

The university is stating from the very starting that they would be given these facilities. But students are still away from these facilities.
In reaction on December 7, College Principal personally met the students and promised to fulfil some of their demands. And by then students went back to their regulars classes and the strike was off.

Everybody is now waiting for the improvements which are supposed to be taken by the college management. Let’s see how the college authority would manage all these to avoid this type of situation in future.
