LPU NEST 2022- Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPU NEST) is organized by Lovely Professional University (LPU) to provide admission to those qualifying candidates in the field of undergraduate engineering programmes in its campuses across the country. The application form of LPU NEST 2022 is estimated to be released in the second week of November 2022. The entrance exam of LPU will be held across 150 cities in India. LPU NEST is a computer based online entrance examination which will be conducted in various slots between April and May 2022. LPU NEST 2022 Important Dates

LPU NEST Important dates will be made available by the University along with the information brochure. LPU NEST is held in online mode in two phases. The application form of LPU entrance test 2022 will be made available online in the second week of November 2022. The candidates can start booking the slot from March 2022 and those qualified candidates will be called for counselling and other admission processes as the counselling procedures will start from May 2022. LPU NEST 2022 Eligibility

The candidates who are keen to apply for LPU NEST 2022 have to fulfill the LPU NEST eligibility criteria as prescribed by the University. Only eligible candidates will be called for the exam and other process so before filling up the application form of LPU NEST 2022, candidates should match their eligibility with that of the below-mentioned eligibility requirements.

Nationality: Applicant should be an India citizen.

Qualifying examination: Applicants must have completed or appeared in the final examination of XII standard from CBSE, New Delhi/ State Board, New Delhi/ ICSE, Council or institution recognized by COBSE or any other concerned head.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed with 60% aggregate in XII standard or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or in case marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPU NEST 2022 or JEE (Main) will be exempted and candidates can apply for admission

LPU NEST 2022 Application Form

Online registration of LPUNEST 2022 will be open for the candidates from the second week of November 2022. Aspirants can either apply for LPU NEST either online or offline mode. They can collect their LPU NEST 2022 kit along with the application form from the LPU office by paying the required amount as the fee.

LPU NEST 2022 Application Procedure

The online form filling process involves the following 5 steps.

Step 1 LPU NEST Online Registration:  The candidates have to enter their important details to obtain application number and password.

Step 2 Fill LPU NEST Application form: The aspirants have to first enter their personal details like name, email ID, date of birth and mobile number as well as their academic details. After the submission of all the details, they will receive a confirmation message with an application ID on their registered email from the exam conducting authority.

Step 3 LPU NEST Application Fee 2022: The candidates have to pay an amount of INR 700 as their application fee which can be paid through PayU and Paytm. Candidates can opt for any of the following payment options in order to pay the fee.

• Debit Card
• Credit Card

Step 4 Uploading of Documents: Applicants have to upload scanned images of their recent photograph, birth Certificate/Aadhaar card, qualifying exam certificate to complete the process of application.

Step 5: Print out of Submission – Candidates must keep a photocopy of the filled-in application and DD for future reference. They may also keep a printout of the computer generated application for future reference.

LPU NEST 2022 Slot Booking 

The candidates have to book a slot for LPU NEST 2022 and it will be made available for the candidates who have successfully completed the application form for the same. After payment process, candidates will be directed to a LPU NEST slot booking window. Applicants can either book a slot for themselves or authorize the university to book a slot on their behalf.

LPU NEST 2022 Admit card

Once the application process is over, students whose applications have been accepted by the university will be given their LPU NEST admit card. The admit card of LPU Nest 2022 can be downloaded from the official website after 48 hours of the slot booking process. Candidates are required to carry their Admit Card at the time of examination. The Admit Card of LPU NEST 2022 includes details of the applicant such as name, application number, registration number, exam centre date and time, address, important instructions.

LPU NEST 2022 Exam Pattern

The question paper is divided into four sections; Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English. LPU NEST 2022 is a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based paper held in online mode. Candidates appearing for B. Tech exam have to take Mathematics, while those opting for Biology should take Biology. While there are 30 questions in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology each, English includes 10 questions.

LPU NEST 2022 Syllabus 

The syllabus of LPU NEST 2022 includes topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and Biology (Biotechnology) subjects. Candidates can prepare for the exam with the syllabus of Class XI and XII examination. Candidates should cover all the topics mentioned in the syllabus to score better marks in the entrance exam. The candidates need to keep a note on all the important topics, sub topics, formulas so that they will be able to attempt all the questions asked in the question paper.

LPU NEST 2022 Sample Papers

LPU NEST 2022 counselling and seat allotment will commence from May 2022 after the declaration of the result. Candidates qualifying the entrance exam will be called for the counselling. Counselling will be held online in four phases. LPU NEST seat allocation is done based on the choices filled in by the candidates as well as considering the availability of seats among others. Scholarship details for LPU NEST 2022 B.Tech courses

Top 35% candidates appearing for LPU NEST (who will qualify LPU NEST 2022), will be eligible for the scholarship up to 1.5 lakhs per annum (i.e. up to 7.5 lakhs in case of 5 years integrated programme and 6 lakhs in case of 4 years for B.Tech programmes). The scholarship amounts mentioned below will only be awarded if the candidate qualifies the entrance test of LPU NEST 2022.
