LNMIIT Observes 14th Foundation Day in Style and Substance

The 14^th Foundation Day of the LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) was celebrated on 14^th September 2022. It was a milestone in the journey of the institute which has grown from humble beginnings to its eminent stature today. The LNMIIT fraternity marked this day in all style and substance.

The Chief Guest at the occasion was Prof. Vishwnath Sinha, Founder Director of LNMIIT presently working with MNIT as Academic Chairperson, E & ICT. Mr. Saket Modi, CEO, Lucideus Tech, an alumnus of the institute, was the Guest of Honor.

The guests guided the budding intellects by sharing their experiences and expectations with them. Mr. Saket Modi, being the head of a service sector startup and a former student at the LNMIIT, inspired the young gathering to make use of the extensive resources provided to them and move towards their success at an early stage.

Prof Vishwanath Sinha, a man of special distinction in the field of education piloted the students to develop a self-analytical approach and to gain clarity about their goals. “Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in one’s life define a man”, he said. 

The Foundation Day was also an occasion for the institute to recognize and award meritorious students. As many as 73 first-year students, 13 second-year students, 7 third-year students, 5 fourth-year students and 5 post graduate students and 7 Non-Teaching Staff also get awards for their Performance. The total amount of ₹ 22 Lakhs was distributed amongst the highfliers.
