The KLE University was established on 13th April, 2006 as per the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Notification No.F.9-19/2000-U-R(A) dated 13th April, 2006, under the recommendation of University Grants Commission.
Today the KLE University within three years of its inception has many glorious credentials in the form of its meritorious students, faculty looked upon as peer and much international collaboration because of the dedication and the unending quest for excellence true to the essence of KLE University.
The University offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Post doctoral, fellowship and certificate programs in the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy and Nursing.
The KLE University All India Entrance Test – 2012 (KLEU-AIET-2012) will be conducted on 5th May 2012 for admission to various Under-Graduate courses viz.

KLEU-AIET 2012 Application Procedure

A candidate desirous of appearing in the KLEU-AIET-2012, is required to complete the prescribed application form & submit the same to the University online on or before the scheduled date (Monday, 23rd April 2012 by 5.00 pm.). A copy of “online” submitted application form must be printed and sent to the following address along with a processing fee of Rs. 1500/- only by way of DD favouring Registrar, KLE University, payable at Belgaum, Karnataka along with the documents listed below.
Following documents have to be enclosed along with the application form:
i) Two recent coloured photographs, as per specifications in Rule 58.
ii) Attested photocopies for SSLC/X Std, and Qualifying examination Marks Cards.
iii) Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth.
iv) Affix Left Thumb impression in the column provided in the downloaded/ printed Application Form. 28

KLEU-AIET 2012 Exam Centres
The KLEU-AIET-2012 will be conducted between 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday, the 5th May 2012 at seventeen centres across the country viz.Belgaum, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, New Delhi, Pune, Jaipur, Panjim, Indore, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Vijaywada, Kottayam, Mumbai, and Chennai.
