IBSAT Selection Procedure 2017

IBSAT Selection procedure 2022 – IBSAT selection procedure 2022 is a two way process which all the participating institutes will follow once ICFAI announces IBSAT result 2022. IBSAT 2022 is scheduled to be conducted from 1^st December 2022 to 24^th December 2022. The selection process of IBSAT 2022 includes group discussion and personal interview rounds. The candidates which will be shortlisted in these rounds will be then called for selection briefings. The selection briefings will take place is many cities. Once the selection briefings process is finished, the process of group discussion and personal interview will take place. The candidates will be given finally selected for admission in management programs after shortlisting them which will depend on their performance throughout the IBSAT selection procedure 2022.  ICFAI is expected to announce the final ISBAT merit list 2022 in March 2022. The selection process of IBSAT 2022 doesn’t only depend on group discussion and personal interview, but a candidate’s academic performance and work experience is also considered for preparation of final list for IBSAT admission. 

IBSAT Selection Procedure 2022

ICFAI Foundation will release the IBSAT result in the form of names of shortlisted candidates instead of percentile or score card. Candidates who will meet the cut-off of IBSAT exam 2022 will have to appear for pre-admission rounds. The selection procedure of IBSAT 2022 will consist of following rounds:

Group Discussion (GD)

It is a major part of IBSAT selection process. In GD round, a group of 8-10 candidates will be given a topic and they will have to put their opinion pr points on that topic. They will be asked to do the discussion on the same for few minutes. Candidate’s interpersonal skills, thinking ability and communication skills will be evaluated on the basis of group discussion.

Personal Interview (PI)

It is the last round of IBSAT selection procedure 2022. It is the foremost means to judge an individual. It will showcase the candidate’s communication skills, confidence level and attitude. Confidence is the key to become successful in any interview. Act smart and listen carefully to all the things asked by the interviewee.

NOTE

The final selection will be based on past academic record and performance of the candidate in group discussion and personal interview.

IBSAT Selection Briefings 2022

Before the selection procedure, selection briefing for IBSAT 2022 will be conducted from January 13- 17, 2022. These will be the series of focused seminars to provide the information and insights regarding IBSAT selection process and the programmes at IBS. Candidates can also ask the question and solve their doubts with the experts present in the seminars. They will be able to choose the venue as per their convenience. Selection briefings will guide and help the candidate in preparing for the group discussion and personal interview.

IBSAT Selection Process 2022: Required documents

Candidates will have to bring the following documents for verification at the time of IBSAT 2022 selection procedure:

• Photocopy of 10th/graduation/12th mark sheet(Self-attested)
• Photocopy of 12th/10th/graduation passing certificate (Self-attested)
•  Personal date selection form (with photo affixed)
