The Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET-2022) is scheduled to be conducted on 15th May 2022 as notified by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University on its official website. The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has also notified through a circular to the affiliated colleges and universities to consider this date while scheduling exams, seminars and other events around the same time in their respective colleges.
The online registration for the HPCET 2022 will start from 2nd March 2022 onwards.
The last date for registration for HPCET 2022 (M.Tech) is 1st May 2022.
Students can register by visiting the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU).
The main eligibility criteria is to have a BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) is conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University for short listing candidates for various engineering courses offered by affiliated institutions and universities of Himachal Pradesh.
HPCET 2022 for M.Tech will be conducted for admission into the following disciplines:

- Computer Science & Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
