Guest Lecture at Delhi Schools of Economics, University of Delhi by Sandeep Mann

Mr. Sandeep Mann (Member of Board of Institute for Competitiveness, India, also works at Remorphing) delivered guest lecture to Master of International Business and Master of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) on topics ‘Perspectives to Excel in International Business” and “Recruitment Policies’ on August 17, 2012 at Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University (DU).

In International Business, Mr. Mann spoke about:

• Company change within a short span of time
• Traits and skills required for becoming an International Business Manager, and
• Blunders in International Business (IB) and various stages in which a company grows and its exceptions.

In HR session, Mr. Mann mainly emphasized on the

•Recruitment strategies
•Tactics and analysis of the alternatives
•Different perspectives to look into the alternatives available for selection.

Delhi School of Economics is a part of Delhi university. The Department offers Master of Arts, Master of Philosophy, Ph.D courses. The department emphasise on quantitative methods, state-of-the-art economics, and hands-on training in the use of econometric software.
