Greater Noida Institute of Technology has been shortlisted as a centre for verification and counselling of upcoming UPSEE 2014 exam conducted by UPTU.
 
As it is already informed, in order to conduct the task of verification/counselling, it is essentially required that at least 10 faculty members must have digital signatures. In this regard UPTU requested the institute to submit the digital signatures latest by June 24, 2014.
 
Below are the minimum infrastructures required for counselling /verification process:
 
  • 10-12 faculty members have to be identified who will be deputed exclusively for the work of document verification
  • To obtain digital signatures for all such identified persons
  • At least eight (8) counters equipped with computer, printer, scanner and internet connectivity of at least 10 Mbps set up at a place that is convenient for forming a queue of around 8-10 candidates
  • A computer lab with internet connectivity of at least 10 Mbps having 20 computers having reasonably latest configurations
  • Primary backup through UPS and secondary backup through generator
  • A designated desk called 'Help Desk' equipped with a computer with internet connectivity and telephone for clarifying candidates doubt on counselling procedure
  • General facilities to candidates/parents such as waiting hall, drinking water, wash rooms etc.
