Dev Sanskriti University in Haridwar ahs announced that it will celebrate the centenary year of its founder, Pandit Shri Ram Sharma Acharya’s birthday with much fanfare. Pandit Shri Ram Sharma Acharya was an Indian seer, sage, philosopher, a visionary of the New Golden Era and also the founder of All World Gayatri Parivar, which has its headquarters in Shantikunj, Haridwar.
During 1984–1986, he carried out the unique spiritual experiment of ‘sukshmikarana’, meaning sublimation of vital force and physical, mental and spiritual energies.
The programme has been scheduled between 6 and 10 November, 2011 during the Maha Kumbh Mela, celebrated by the River Ganga in Haridwar. The small town of Haridwar is gearing up for this gala event.
Location: It begins at Har ki Pauri (where the Ashwamedha Poorna Ahuti is performed) till Shantikunj, the official abode of All World Gayatri Parivar.
