Delhi University Organises Counseling for Students of MBBS/MDS Courses for 2013

The University conducts MBBS Course in three Medical Colleges i.e. Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and BDS Course at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS). Only Candidates for 15% seats are selected directly by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) based on NEET (UG)-2013 conducted by the CBSE, New Delhi as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.female candidates are admitted to LHMC.

Only female candidates will be eligible for admission to Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC).

Merit list for this exam was announced on 15th June 2013 and 16th June 2013. 

Duration of courses:
MBBS Course: The duration of the course is 4½ years, followed by one year compulsory rotating Internship Training.
BDS Course: The duration of the course is 4 years, followed by one year compulsory rotating Internship Training.

Counseling for admission to MBBS courses:

Candidates with merit position 001 to 200 under Open Merit List including CWWAPP and PH.- July 15th 2013 (Monday)

Candidates with merit position 201 to 500 under Open Merit List including CWWAPP and PH.- July 16th 2013 (Tuesday)

All eligible ST candidates including CWWAPP & PH.- July 17th 2013 (Wednesday) 

Counseling for BDS courses:

Candidates with merit position 001 to 500 under Open Merit List of National Capital Territory of Delhi -  July 19th 2013 (Friday)

All eligible ST candidates of National Capital Territory of Delhi - July 22nd 2013 (Monday)

All eligible SC candidates of National Capital Territory of Delhi - July 22nd 2013 (Monday)
