Dates for JEE (Main) 2015 Announced

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main 2015.

The 3rd JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main will be conducted by the JEE Apex Board for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in NITs, IIITs and other Centrally-Funded Technical Institutions etc.

The JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs/ISM Dhanbad.

Candidates who are eligible and wish to apply can do so only through JEE (Main) website www.jeemain.nic.in.

The online application process will start from 7th November, 2014 onwards. The last date for application is 18th December, 2014.

The offline exam will be conducted on April 4, 2015 and the online paper will be held during April 10 and 11, 2015.  

JEE (Main) 2015 shall have two papers, Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.) and Paper-2 (B.Arch/B.Planning). Depending upon the course(s) candidates are seeking admission, they may take Paper-1, or Paper-2, or both.
