Leading company MASTECH has marked its presence at Greater Noida Institute of Technology on the occasion of its placement conducted on November 14, 2013.

This placement was conducted for the students from E- B. Tech (CS/IT/EC) 2014batch for Trainee/Junior Recruiter. There was no bar of percentage to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Trainee/Junior Recruiter is responsible for learning the recruiting process and strategies in 90 days of their employment with Mastech and successfully starts recruiting independently under the mentorship of their Team Lead

• This position performs a wide variety of tasks and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position reports to the Team Lead -Recruiting

• In order to be successful in this role, the Trainee/Junior Recruiter must be
motivated, energetic, have strong communication/ negotiating skills and work well in a team setting

• In this they must be able to work well under pressure and with production goals while providing a high level of customer service to internal sales organization as well to both clients and candidates

Selection procedure:

Candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in Group Discussion, Psychometric test and Personal Interview, which was conducted on November 14 at GNIT campus.

Documents mandatory to submit at the time of interview were:

• College ID Card (Original + Photocopy)

• Updated Resume - (2 Nos.)

• Passport Size Colour Photos - (2 Nos.)

• Photocopies of all Mark sheets (X, XII, & B. Tech All Semesters)

All selected candidates will have to join from January 2014. Result is yet to be declared. Till than students have to wait with their finger crossed.
